A: Depending on the pricing plan you have signed up for, we will allocate an engineer to service your account should you encounter any problems during integration. You will be notified of their email and may contact them directly for any technical assistance.

Q: Why do I need to submit my app to MoVend?
A: Developers using MoVend are required to upload their apps to us for security checks to ensure that the app does not contain any illegal content such as pornography, sex & drugs or other offensive content that violates our Terms of Use.
